Facebook & Reliance Provides Free Internet Services In India Via Internet.org App

Internet.org, Mark Zuckerberg’s futuristic vision to improve internet access for people around the world. Since the launch of Internet.org on August 2013, Zuckerberg and other mobile networks started providing free internet services in countries like Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya, Columbia and Ghana. Soon there will be more countries will have free internet services via Internet.org.

Today, Facebook and Reliance communications launches Internet.org app and free basic services to the millions of people in India. Th services is available six Indian states namely Tamil Nadu, Mahararashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, and Telangana. People can access those service in local Indian languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati and Marathi.

To access the free services in the Internet.org, go to www.internet.org from the start screen of the Opera Mini & UC mobile web browser.
