Windows 8.1 preview is currently available for free download, you can download file in an ISO version from Microsoft. The Windows 8.1 Preview available in Arabic, English (US), Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish, you can choose and download on your own choice of language.
The Windows 8.1 update features new improvements like tips on start that offers Start menu like functionality, desktop wallpapers for Start screen, updated search, automatic app updates, new multitasking experience, a revamped Store, better PC settings and a new version of Internet Explorer, among other changes.
