Micromax Mobile on Facebook announced that Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 & Canvas 2 colours users can update their Android version to 4.4.2 from now on by just rebooting the device. Once you reboot your device, you will receive a notification on your notification bar and just tap on it to update your Android version. It is recommended to update using WiFi connectivity as the update file is around 390 MB in size.

Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 announced back in the month of April. Intially, the device launched with 512MB RAM and later on Micromax announced another variant with 1GB RAM. Other than RAM upgrade, the device runs on Android 4.2(Jelly Bean), 4 GB internal storage & 32 GB external storage, with 5MP rear camera and 0.3MP front camera. It runs on Android Jellybean version 4.2, with some pre-loaded apps.
