Microsoft officially announces about owning Nokia devices and service business. In September 2013, Microsoft acquired Nokia for a billion dollar deal worth of $7.2 billion. Today both the companies Microsoft and Nokia announced about coming together as one. Will Nokia renamed as “Microsoft Mobiles”?

Today we are announcing that the acquisition of substantially all of the Nokia Devices and Services business by Microsoft has reached completion, following approval by Nokia shareholders and regulatory authorities.
