The shared files which cannot be accessed are due to the following reasons,

- Any user or an authorized recipient clicks the hyperlink in the file.
- At the point referer header discloses the original link to third party websites.
These are just due to the “Referer Header” that allows webmasters to see who is referring traffic. Dropbox is now trying to restore the shared files from the user eliminating the vulnerability. In some days Dropbox will be active as before.
