Upcoming Apple’s iOS 7 operating system could be navigated using head movements. You can bring up the home screen, adjust the volume, enable Siri, access the App Switcher, and do everyday actions such as ‘tapping’ to open up an app or link. While all of this sounds great, the feature is admittedly time consuming and not ideal for those that don’t necessarily require it.

iPhone makes use of the front-facing camera to perform it, user must move their head to either left or right to make a selection.

Scott Buscemi of 9to5mac says,

We’ve tested this ourselves and found it to be quite accurate, but it’s quite tedious to control your device this way since it cycles through all of the options on the screen, and you move your head when it is bordering around the option you want.
